Hall of mirrors

This blog is a mixture of our travel adventures and our new family adventures.
The title comes from a dumb blonde high school girl on a tour with us in Versailles who asked this question in every single room of the Palace.
The picture was taken while on our Honeymoon in China, on the Xian river.

He's Write!

Ares and I went to watch Adam play soccer yesterday, and during the second half, he asked if he could write my name.  Fortunately, he happens to know how to write every letter in my name.  He knows about 8 or 9 letters, but all 5 in my name.  So here's his rendition of "ATHENA".   Remember, he's only 3.  The whole spacial-recognition isn't there yet.   (The A with the circle around it in the center of the page was drawn earlier, it's not a part of my name.)

He started on the left, the "T" is above the first "A" and went down toward the right, ending with "Super-A" as he called it, that happens to be above the "E" and "N".   Not bad for a three year old.  He's left handed, so it might never get better. haha
