Hall of mirrors

This blog is a mixture of our travel adventures and our new family adventures.
The title comes from a dumb blonde high school girl on a tour with us in Versailles who asked this question in every single room of the Palace.
The picture was taken while on our Honeymoon in China, on the Xian river.

Adam Ran 65 Miles!!!

So crazy!   He was going for the 100 again, but his legs were telling him 'nope' which is frustrating, because most people crack because they mentally can't handle it, that's totally not the case for him.  We're so proud of him, he's amazing!   We even got to see him mid run this time!
We wanted to see him twice, but I had to get Ares to Columbus so he could spend the week with his grandparents, and Mom, Atlas and I went to see Newsies in Mansfield. (which was Ah-mazing!)

Thanks Color Street!  Bought this (well, not the Office and security part) with commissions from my first 30 days selling!

Even got along a little bit this summer  (VERY little bit)

Went camping at The Lake inflatable bounce things

Acted Silly

Went to the tribe game!  (they won!!)

March in Recap

How on earth can it have been a month already?   The speed at which these days go by now, is incredible.  We've finished soccer (A SUPER successful season - finishing 3rd overall in a few different leagues and tournaments), swim has continued for Atlas (who, can actually swim now, he just needs to learn how to breathe, the teacher hasn't shown him that yet), track has begun (Ares is pretty set to run the 1600, 800 and long jump - although, first meet isn't until next weekend).
Ares turned 9!  (What!?!?!) and got a Nintendo Switch for his birthday.   His parents are the coolest, aren't they?!

These boys (yes, plural  now!  Atlas eats them too!)  put SO MANY jalepenos on their nachos and in their macaroni and cheese!  Crazy kids!

U-9 Streetsboro United played in the Upper Division after going undefeated in the Lower.
They got 3rd, I believe, and they allowed the least amount of goals in the whole league.  Go Defense!
RENT this month!  The singing was AMAZING, but I'm not sure I'd see it again
My favorite photo of Atlas thus far!

This is what Ares practiced in for Track. I couldnt' take a photo from the track, as my fingers were frozen, so I waited.  We couldn't see the kids on the other side of the track, when we were standing at the center of the football field.

Cavs Game - LeBron James' historic feat

The boy's first Cleveland Cavs game!   I bought tickets, finally.  I'm assuming LeBron will not be staying in Cleveland this time, and I feel like the boys need to see him at least once in their lives.   So why not now?!?!

They were amazing, the boys had so much fun, cheered the whole game, chanted Defense each time the other team had the ball, (then changed it to offense when the Cavs got it, haha), screamed when the jumbo tron told them to scream.   Randomly, Atlas, with his tiny high pitched voice would yell "Go Cavaliers!!!"

The Cavs won, the boys got to see LeBron James play (only the greatest player in the world), and they even got to see LeBron become the first ever player to have 30,000 points AND 8,000 assists.

They also got along amazingly well.
