Hall of mirrors

This blog is a mixture of our travel adventures and our new family adventures.
The title comes from a dumb blonde high school girl on a tour with us in Versailles who asked this question in every single room of the Palace.
The picture was taken while on our Honeymoon in China, on the Xian river.

Oh please Lord, please let the Browns win at least once in my lifetime!

Ares enjoyed banging on this pumpkin. We just had to buy it,
he loved it so much.

We left the house at 11, went out to eat, to Starbucks, to a pumpkin farm, and then to another pumkin farm. Ares stayed awake the entier time, and was SUCH a good boy. The. Whole. Time.

I'm jealous, Gianna still can't go much longer then 3 hours without needing at least a little nap!

We are lucky in that aspect... kind of. When we're at home, and need to get things done, it sure would be nice to be able to rely on nap time. Of course, we are RARELY home on weekends, so this is OK.
He's so good about going with the flow. His daycare teachers mentioned that yesterday. They can put him anywhere, with any toy, and he's happy. I told her because he's always at someone elses house or shopping or on the go with us!

Oh she does fine at daycare with only one (shorter) nap. They said she's happy all day and never cries. But at home she'd be a mess without 2 long naps. But it is nice to be able to get things done or just relax while she takes her 2-3 hr naps. Too bad we can't have it both ways!
