Saturday Grandma and Papa came over and we had a really great visit with them. Later in the afternoon, Adam's great aunt Betty and Uncle Johnny (Ares' Great Great Aunt and Uncle) came in to town from Cinci as well. It was a lot of people to have in our little house, but the visit was enjoyable. We went to Brown Derby for dinner, it was the first time I had had steak in over 10 months, it was excellent. Ares was a good boy, except he left me a large present to change on the changing table in the women's bathroom. =)
After dinner, we celebrated Adam's birthday back at the house with his favorite food: Boston Cream Pie/Cake, brought by Grandma and Jim. He was very excited that he got to eat his favorite dessert. I gave him a part of his gift, a bike rack
for tuning his bicycle. He got an awesome Man U. jersey from his parents that he loves.
Last night, Ares went to bed at 11:45. He woke up at 3:30 for a feeding and a changing, and then didn't wake up until 7:30 again. I always get up alone the first time Ares wakes up, and since today is Adam's first day back at work, it was a perfect night for Adam to sleep from midnight to 7:30. However, my goal for the day is to take a nap, and make dinner. =)
