I don't really have much else to type in. Rather than getting a bid, this girl wants to bring her mom (from out of town) to view the house. We spent ALL evening Monday and Tuesday cleaning (I mean, like, CLR the hard water stains, scrub all floors on our hands and knees, 10 loads of laundry, steam vac the carpeting, everything is clean!) because our real estate agent said that she'll be coming by sometime on Wednesday. So Tuesday night comes and goes, and there's no 2nd showing, BUT NOW~ we have one scheduled for tomorrow.
I'm going to keep Ares at my mom's house for as long as possible tonight so we don't mess up our beautiful house. (BTW mom, thanks for taking the dog today just in case, and tomorrow so they can view the property).
