Final Update

We have sent them walking. They didn't budge on their offer (aside from not needing the window blinds and stuff, but those were staying anyway). I guess our house was the second house that they wanted to get for nothing, and we're the second house to deny them. Funny thing is, she's bidding on our next door neighbor's house now. She may get it super low, because the neighbor has already moved out and is really hurting for money, but, she has a 1 car garage, had a ton of cats (this girl is terribly allergic) and has no finished basement. Let's see how this one goes for her! lol
